Got the Green thing goin on here. This building is Energy Star 5+ and a Silver Rating from the National Association of Homebuilders Greenbuild Guidelinges. The HERS rating of 50 means that if some dude spends a dollar in a standard home you spent fifty cents. Cha-ching... also you stink the planet less!

Green buildings are cool. They all have high efficiency furnace with fresh air intake, on demand waterheating, low-e windows, spray foam/r-19 2x6 walls, fibre cement panels over a rain screen exterior. Designed to save the bucks and look good doin it!!
